Important registration information and class schedules for the 2022-2023 Youth Faith Formation program (formerly known as CCD) can be found below. Click each document to view, save or print.

2023-2024 Youth Faith Formation Registration

Registration for the Youth Formation program may be submitted online using the form below.

K-9th Registration Fees:
1 Child - $30.00
2 Children - $50.00
3 Children - $65.00
4 Children - $75.00
10th and 11th Confirmation Registration Fees:
1 Child - $75.00
2 Children - $140.00
(This includes all materials and the retreat fee for Confirmation preparation)

Please contact Mary Massey if a hardship waiver is required. All registrations, including Faith Formation volunteers, must have either payment or waiver at time of registration.

- CIRCLE OF GRACE
  
  The Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux requires the teaching of "Circle of Grace" in all grade levels. Registration in Faith Formation at St. Anthony serves as permission for your child to receive these lessons. If you do not wish for your student to participate you mus write a formal letter requesting your student not receive the "Circle of Grace" lessons.

  From time to time videos or photographs may be taken of students for use in publications, websites, or other materials produced by St. Anthony of Padua Church. Students will not be personally identified without specific consent. If you do not wish for your child to be filmed or photographed, you must write a formal letter informing the office of this. Please note that the Church has no control over use of video or photographs taken by media that may be covering an event in which your child/children participate(s).

St. Anthony's Religious Education Program seeks to pass on the faith of the Catholic Church through Scripture and Tradition in accordance with the Magisterium. We assist the faith formation set forth by parents. We seek to continue their growth enabling the children to deepen their understanding and love for the Word of God in Scripture; to come to know God's love for them and to share with others in loving service; seek a closer relationship with Jesus through prayer, worship; and to experience being part of a community of believers, the Catholic Church.
